How to apply eyeliner on the bottom
Once you are finished with the upper eyelid, the next step will be to apply eyeliner on the lower eyelid. While there are people who use the liquid eyeliner on the lower eyelid are the best option is to use the eyeliner pencil. The eyeliner can be applied on the eyelids or around the edge. Start from the outer end of the eyes and then move closer to the nose. You can either use the entire lower eyelid with eyeliner or just the outer two-thirds of the eye, to achieve the look you want.
